SHIPPING & PAYMENT METHOD POLICY



At Our Store, we accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal. Payment must be made in full before shipment.Our products are personalized and hand-crafted according to your specific design and request. We will start production of your order upon confirmation of payment.In order to place a payment, simply click on either the “Proceed To Checkout” or the “PayPal Checkout” buttons on our website. You will be automatically directed to the selected payment-processing website, where you will have the option to pay with either your credit card or through PayPal.

If you wish to pay with your credit card, please use the “Proceed to Checkout” option on the shop page. You may pay using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. In addition, you can use PayPal. There is no need to be a PayPal member in order to pay with credit card through PayPal. Please use the “Checkout With PayPal” option on the shopping cart page.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
* After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
* You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
* You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
* The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
* Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
* When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

*  Production: Processing Time: 3 – 5 days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
* Shipping: The Standard Shipping: Most apparel items are:
- $4.99 for one item shipped domestic
- $7.99 for the one item shipped product to the rest of the world
If over one item, you still only pay $4.99 for any additional items shipped domestic and 7.99$ per each additional product to the rest of the world
* Estimated Delivery: 7 – 14 days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Our shipping methods being currently available is DHL Global Mail. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped y ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

* Canada, Europe: 10-30 Business days
* Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 Business days
* Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

You will be able to track your order at all times until it arrives your doorstep. Please bear in mind that sometime we will not provide you with tracking number. However, you can track your order status through our website.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Global Mail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.
